| | Inspections Prior to Treatment of Structural Pests
An inspection of your specific wood destroying organism problem will always be performed to secure a positive identification of the pests that are present. Positive identification is required to determine if treatment is necessary and, if treatment is justified, to make the proper treatment recommendation.
The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) rules require that a Specific Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report be issued prior to any treatment for structural wood destroying organisms (carpenter ants, termites, moisture ants, wood boring beetles, or wood rot). Call today to have an All Seasons Pest Control specialist inspect and solve your structural pest problem.
Inspections for Home Sales
The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) rules require that if any opinion is rendered concerning wood destroying organism infestations, damage, or any conditions conducive to wood destroying organisms on a home or structure for sale or transfer, that these comments must be stated in a Complete Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report. Only an inspector properly licensed with the WSDA and properly insured can perform this Complete Report. There are very specific rules governing the Complete Report and every Complete Report must have a WSDA inspection control number (ICN) prominently displayed on it.
All Seasons Pest Control no longer issues Complete WDO inspection reports, but we can recommend a quality, licensed structural pest inspector in your area.
